Our artificial turf Seaming tape is a heavy polypropylene fabric with a polyethylene coating on one side. The poly backing keeps the adhesive from bleeding though the backside of the tape and adhering to the base material. The 12" wide tape provides a large surface area for adhesion between the pieces of turf you are seaming. This seam tape is NOT pre-glued and DOES NOT have a sticky backing - you have to use some sort of adhesive for the proper use of this product. We recommend using XGS synthetic turf adhesive, also available at The Rusty Shovel
